All purchases delivered within Australia will incur standard GST rates. International orders may incur taxes and/or duties as required by the country to where the order is delivered. Please check with your country’s local customs office regarding specific taxes and/ or duties. These duties and taxes are not the responsibility of Balyck Jewellery and are solely the responsibility of the customer. International Customers-please note that you may be charged a currency conversion fee from your bank. Any such fee is not the responsibility of Balyck Jewellery and is solely the responsibility of the customer.
A request to exchange must be made within 7 business days of receipt of the goods. All requests are to be made via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. BALYCK Jewellery does not provide refunds on any items purchased. An Exchange Form will be issued to the customer upon a request to exchange. This must be sent back completed with the items to be exchanged. Products which do not have the original tags and Exchange Form completed will not be eligible for exchange. All jewellery returned for exchange must be new, unused, with BALYCK Jewellery tags still attached and in its original packaging. Once the product has been received and it’s condition assessed by BALYCK Jewellery and confirmed as new, unused and eligible for exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched. There is strictly no return on earrings for hygiene purposes. Exchanges can only be made for jewellery of equal or greater value. All shipping charges for exchanges are incurred by the customer. Customers who are located outside of Australia may also incur duties and taxes. All jewellery is thoroughly quality controlled and checked for any faults before it is dispatched to the customer. Shipping will be via Australia Post-Express Post for domestic delivery within Australia or Express Courier International for International Deliveries.
Australia and New Zealand please allow up to 5 days. International orders please allow up to 14 days.
Can I get store credit?
We will happily offer a credit note if you simply change your mind once you have received your purchases. The Return and Exchange Policy conditions apply.
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel your order. Please ensure to check all orders prior to confirming any transactions.
Place your Balyck Jewellery pieces in a soft sealable pouch (preferably velvet or silk) with a tie knot top to ensure dust won't easily get to it. This will help avoid abrasion with other jewellery pieces. Furthermore, it is highly recommended to store your pieces in a cool dry place.
Be mindful to remove your Balyck Jewellery pieces prior to hand washing, showering or swimming. This is a vital preventive measure to ensure longer-lasting wear of your beloved jewellery items.
Do not wear lotion around your neck or wrists when wearing costume jewelry for the same reasons listed above as it could ruin the finish on the necklaces/bracelets.
Your jewellery should always be put on last and taken off first while dressing to avoid chemicals such as, perfumes, deodorants, hair spray, household cleaning fluids, make-up and other cosmetics.
If you wish to clean your jewelery cleaning agents that are used for fine jewelry can also be used to clean fashion jewelry. However, it is very important to check the ingredients of the cleaning solution before using it on a piece of jewelry. Products that have acid, alcohol, ammonia and vinegar are to be avoided as these can rust and damage your jewelry. In short, do not use abrasive jewelry cleaners.
If you do clean your jewelery as mentioned above, please ensure to dry thoroughly because the moisture will cause deterioration to your jewels. Be sure to gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth.

Although we will do everything reasonable to ensure that your item is sent safely to you, and we will not be held for any items lost in the postal process. It is solely and exclusively your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with accurate and up-to-date Personal Information. We are not responsible for missing or lost items due to incorrect data entries by you. As per the Australian Consumer Law guidelines, we are not required to pay for losses that are not caused by a third party agent (post office).

As you are no doubt aware, all of our items are hand made. As all of our pieces are hand crafted with unique gems and stones from around the world, we require our valued customers to pre-order all limited addition pieces. This is to ensure that you do not miss out on the opportunity to own a handcrafted, unique and one-of-a-kind item. You cannot purchase any limited addition pieces unless you pre-order them. Therefore, to avoid disappointment, please ensure that you place your orders in as soon as practicable.
We try to take all reasonable steps to meet all orders and requests in a timely fashion. However, in some cases due to circumstances beyond our control, our production can be delayed. Therefore, there may be some additional waiting time on our limited addition and/or one of items.
From time-to-time we take customer orders. If you order a custom made piece/s from us, please choose carefully as we will not be able to exchange or refund any custom made pieces. We don’t refund or exchange for change of mind. Further, we require up front payment for all custom orders.
Our items are all protected under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund for any major failure or breakdown of an item. You are also entitled, under Australian Consumer Law, to have any significantly damaged items repaired to an acceptable quality if they are subjected to Major Failure.
You have rights pursuant to Australian Consumer Law. However, further to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we also offer additional warranties. We offer an additional three months warranty on all of our stock.
We do not offer the abovementioned warranty against breakages, gradual degeneration, general wear and tear, accidental breakage, careless or reckless handling, improper use and alterations. If you believe that you have any claim under warranty then please email email@example.com.
As lawfully permitted, and as per the Terms, we have no liability to you or any other entity or natural person for any loss and/or damage which may be caused directly or indirectly and related to your purchase of our products.
