CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly - jessica@balyck.com.au

TRACKING QUERIES Shipping will be via Australia Post-Express Post for domestic delivery within Australia or Express Courier International for International Deliveries.

Australia & NZ - Please allow up to 5 working days before querying your parcel. To track your order please email Balyck Jewellery- jessica@balyck.com.au - with your name, contact number and invoice number.
Shipping in Australia will incur a standard charge of $15.00 AUD.

International - Although most arrive quicker, please allow up to 14 working days before querying your parcel. To track your order please email Balyck Jewellery - jessica@balyck.com.au - with your name, contact number and invoice number. International Shipping will be charged at a standard charge of $35.00 AUD.

FREE SHIPPING Any orders of 3 or more items are eligible for free shipping worldwide. This will be automatically applied at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders so all 3 items must be placed in the same order.

GST & SALES TAX All purchases delivered within Australia will incur standard GST rates. International orders may incur taxes and/or duties as required by the country to where the order is delivered.  Please check with your country’s local customs office regarding specific taxes and/ or duties. These duties and taxes are not the responsibility of Balyck Jewellery and are solely the responsibility of the customer.  International Customers-please note that you may be charged a currency conversion fee from your bank. Any such fee is not the responsibility of Balyck Jewellery and is solely the responsibility of the customer.

PAYMENT Prices quoted on the site are displayed in $AUD. All payments will be made via Paypal to ensure your transaction security.

PACKAGING Each item is packaged in a signature BALYCK jewellery box prior to shipping.
All orders will be posted within 3 business working days upon receipt of payment.

•We personally inspect all jewellery before it's posted to ensure it is in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to guarantee they arrive in the same condition.

•If your jewellery arrives in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please email BALYCK jewellery to notify us immediately.

PRODUCT All BALYCK jewellery is handmade by Jessica Balyck here in Sydney, Australia. Being handmade each design may slightly vary from the next and photos displayed on website.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES A request to exchange must be made within 7 business days of receipt of the goods. All requests are to be made via email at jessica@balyck.com.au. BALYCK Jewellery does not provide refunds on any items purchased. An Exchange Form will be issued to the customer upon a request to exchange. This must be sent back completed with the items to be exchanged. Products which do not have the original tags and Exchange Form completed will not be eligible for exchange. All jewellery returned for exchange must be new, unused, with BALYCK Jewellery tags still attached and in its original packaging. Once the product has been received and it’s condition assessed by BALYCK Jewellery and confirmed as new, unused and eligible for exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched. There is strictly no return on earrings for hygiene purposes. Exchanges can only be made for jewellery of equal or greater value. All shipping charges for exchanges are incurred by the customer. Customers who are located outside of Australia may also incur duties and taxes.   All jewellery is thoroughly quality controlled and checked for any faults before it is dispatched to the customer. CANCELLATIONS Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel your order. Please ensure to check all orders prior to confirming any transactions.
